Sidebar

From the sidebar, you can access the overview of projects you've created, open the payment section, manage your profile and preferences, and reach the service desk.

Overview

'Overview' is where you'll find a clear display of your projects, each presented as a card. Quickly scan project statuses, names, types, IDs, and creation dates. For more information on a project, click on 'Project details'. This layout is designed to keep everything organized and accessible in one central location.

Payments

In the 'Payments' section, you have the convenience of purchasing credits to fund your account. Choose to pay securely by credit card or use invoice payments up to your approved limit. Your order history is organized below, displaying order dates, credit amounts, payment statuses, and types, for an efficient overview of your financial activity. A summary of your current balance is prominently displayed.

Profile

In the 'Profile' section, you'll find a personal space to manage your individual details. This is where you can view and edit your organization name, username, first and last name, select your preferred language, and update your contact number.

Service Desk

'Service Desk' is where you're welcomed to a hub of customer support tailored to assist you. Here, you can easily submit any inquiries or issues you may encounter. Simply confirm your email address and detail your request or problem in the provided spaces. Our team will use this information to offer you the most efficient support.

New Project

From the top right corner, you can click the 'New Project' button to start creating a new project within the platform.
